Bianca Williams is the Founder of AFFC Law LLC located in Columbia, South Carolina. Ms. Williams earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. degree (Magna Cum Laude) from North Carolina Central University. She is a member of the North Carolina, South Carolina and District of Columbia bar associations. Ms. Williams focuses her practice on matters involving estate planning; probate administration and litigation; business law; elder law; guardianships and conservatorships; and bankruptcy law. She is a member of the City of Columbia Commercial Revolving Loan Fund Committee, South Carolina Bar Elder Law Committee, Law Related Education Committee, and Wills Clinic committee. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Williams served as an estate clerk at the Richland County Probate Court from December 2009 until July 2012. During her clerkship, she oversaw the probate administration of 200+ estates from opening to the closing of the Estate. Ms. Williams is also an adjunct instructor in the Paralegal Degree Program at Midlands Technical College. Her courses include Bankruptcy and Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
