Bianca Williams is the Founder of AFFC Law LLC located in Greenville, South Carolina. Ms. Williams earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. degree (Magna Cum Laude) from North Carolina Central University. She is a member of the North Carolina, South Carolina and District of Columbia bar associations. Ms. Williams focuses her practice on matters involving estate planning; probate administration and litigation; elder law; guardianships and conservatorships; and bankruptcy law.

In 2020, Governor Henry McMaster appointed Ms. Williams to serve on the Foster Care Review Board Committee for District 13D. Ms. Williams also serves as a member of the South Carolina Bar Children’s Law Committee, South Carolina Bar Diversity Committee, South Carolina Bar Lawyer Fund for Client Protection Committee, South Carolina Bar Elder Law Committee, Law Related Education Committee, and Wills Clinic committee. Ms. Williams was named the 2020 Law Related Education (LRE) Lawyer of the Year for her dedication to the Mock Trial program and passion to foster a better understanding of the values of our legal and judicial system.

In 2020, Ms. Williams used her education, personal experiences, and desire to help the next generation as inspiration to create her own nonprofit, Premature Millionaires. Premature Millionaires, Inc. is a nonprofit organization devoted to changing the narratives of children and teens in foster care by equipping them with the tools they need to unleash their inner millionaires in the making. Ms. Williams is also an adjunct instructor in the Paralegal Degree Program at Midlands Technical College. Her courses include Bankruptcy and Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
